The Rotary Club of Grand Bend's Speakers Series continues with a journey to the Arctic and Antarctic with photographer, Dan Busby.
Dan is a lifelong birder and professional biologist as well as an accomplished wildlife photographer. Since retiring from the Canadian Wildlife Service he has been a resident of Haliburton. Dan is currently travelling the high Arctic and Antarctic aboard an expedition cruise ship as the resident Ornithologist. He will share his insights about expedition cruising and the wide variety of birds unique to these regions sharing stories and his own wonderful pictures. Join us to visit an area of the planet few people ever see!
This event is open to the public and there is no admission charge. (donations appreciated). The new Huron Shores United Church Performance Centre is air conditioned and accessable. Seats are limited, to reserve seating please register using the link below or call Rotarian John Smits 519-238-5215.
